When you choose Select Specific a table is displayed with the Everyone-External segment. This is a default segment.
Open the BCC > Service Admin > Service User Segments panel.
Choose the Select Specific option.
Click Add Self Service Segment. A pop-up window displays a table with a list of the available external user segments.
Select the segments you wish to use for use in self Service and click Save. Your selections are displayed in the Self Service User Segments table. You can delete a segment by clicking the red X icon in its respective table row.
Click Save to save your changes.
