Once you’ve created the segment, use the Service Administration console to add the segment. For further information, refer to the ATG Service Installation and Configuration Guide.

  1. Open Service Admin > Self Service > Site Management.

  2. Click Add Segment to display the Add Segment pop-up window. Select the new User Segment from available Self Service segments.

  3. You can choose an existing segment to copy site settings from. By default, Everyone-External is selected.

  4. When you click OK, that Segment is added as a separate site for Self Service users.

Once the User Segments have been created and added, customize each segment. For information on configuring User Segments, refer to Specifying ATG Self Service User Segments.
