This page is used to specify the display of documents (unstructured content) on Self Service for the segment.
Setting | Description |
Use CSS | Selects an external or internal CSS for the document page. |
Allow Ratings | Specifies whether or not users can rate a document. |
Show Metadata | Selects whether or not to display the document’s metadata to Self Service users. Document metadata includes type and size. |
Allow E-mail a friend | Specifies whether or not users can e-mail a document to someone else. |
Allow Print | Specifies whether or not users can print a document. |
Allow Escalate | Specifies whether or not a user to can escalate her problem directly from the document page by displaying the “Need More Help?” link there. |
