The order of segments is important, because a user may be a member of more than one segment. A user will see the look and feel that is defined for the first segment in this list of which they are a member.
You can reorder any segment by entering the segment’s numeric placement in the order column.
Note: The Everyone-External segment cannot be removed from this list, nor can it be reordered; it will always be the last possible segment for any user.
