These settings allow you to specify default HTML code for the e-mails sent to Self Service users.
Open the BCC. Select Service Admin > Self Service >
Segment Name> E-mail Settings.Enter any HTML for the E-mail Header, E-mail Footer, Forgotten Password E-mail Pre-amble, Registration E-mail Pre-amble or E-mail -a-friend E-Mail Pre-amble. Ensure that the code in these fields is correct HTML.
Save your changes.
