Once you finish editing properties, run the Multi Edit operation to apply your changes and save them, which automatically adds them to the project. Assets that could not be modified are added to the project.
To run a Multi Edit operation:
Open the tile whose Multi Edit operation you want to start.
Click Start.
The Multi Edit window closes and Merchandising starts the operation. A progress bar appears on the tile.
You can continue working in Merchandising while a Multi Edit operation runs.
(Optional) To cancel the operation, click the Stop icon at the top-right in the Multi Edit tile.
If the operation includes relatively few assets or updates, it might complete before you can stop it. In this case, the easiest way to undo the changes is to remove the assets from the current project. For more information, see Removing Assets from a Project.
You cannot undo changes made by a Multi Edit operation.
When the operation finishes, you can open the tile and view the results. For more information, see the next section, Viewing Multi Edit Reports.
