Verify the Service Processor Card

  1. Verify that the SP LED on the main module or rear I/O module is lit green.

    See Main Module LEDs or Rear I/O Module LEDs.

  2. Verify that the front and rear Service Required LEDs are not lit.

    See Interpreting LEDs.

  3. Perform one of the following tasks based on your verification results:
    • If the previous steps did not clear the fault, see Diagnostics Process.

    • If the previous steps indicate that no faults have been detected, then the service processor card has been replaced successfully. No further action is required.
