Commerce Store Accelerator ships with a number of plugin modules, for example, Checkout, Promotions, and SearchAndNavigation. The process for adding an out-of-the-box plugin module to an application requires of a subset of the steps you follow for creating a new plugin module and adding it to an application. To add an out-of-the-box plugin module, you can use the procedure in the Creating a New Plugin Module section with some modifications. Specifically, skip any steps marked [New Plugins Only] or marked to indicate that the step is not appropriate for the plugin you want to add.

IMPORTANT: The Preview and SEO plugins do not follow the standard procedure for adding a plugin. Refer to the Preview Plugin and SEO Plugin chapters for detailed information on incorporating those two plugins into a new application module. Also, for some of the other out-of-the-box plugins, additional application-specific configuration is required in order for the plugins to work properly. See the individual plugin chapters for more details.
