If you are using DNS or WINS servers on your network for name resolution, it is normally recommended that you do not use the NAT options. DNS and WINS will not work with NAT, unless they are administered using the NAT addresses for name resolution.
However, an option has been included in Release 6.0 that allows DNS and WINS to function with NATed subnets. When the Perform DNS/WINS Fixup option is selected on the Network tab, computers behind the Corente Virtual Services Gateway will always use the correct IP address to connect to another computer across the application network (either its real or NATed IP address).
