In addition to the functions of the two Default “Partners”, you can use tubes to allow a remote user behind any partner Location gateway the ability to access the local Location gateway with Gateway Viewer or monitor it with SNMP.
To create this tube, on the Tubes screen, select the Location LAN Address option from the Local User Group pull-down menu. You should then select the Remote User Group that will participate in this tube. When selecting a Firewall Policy for this tube:
To monitor the Location gateway with SNMP, the Firewall Policy that you choose must allow the SNMP Firewall Service both inbound and outbound.
To provide access to Gateway Viewer, the Firewall Policy must allow the gateway_viewer Firewall Service both inbound and outbound over the connection.
