To display Oracle RightNow Knowledge content on product detail pages, the URLs for accessing the content must be configured in the Site Administration area of the ATG Business Control Center. The Oracle RightNow Knowledge integration modules add the properties for specifying these URLs to the site repository.

Commerce Reference Store sites are preconfigured in the site repository with the appropriate URLs. For example, the ATG Home site includes this configuration:

These settings mean that if the site is currently being viewed in Spanish, the URL used for accessing Oracle RightNow Knowledge is http://oracleatg-es.rightnowdemo.com, which displays Spanish-language content. Otherwise, the default URL is used (http://oracleatg.rightnowdemo.com), which displays content in English.
