Import an SSD Disk Configuration

Only block size and metadata size information can be imported.

Before You Begin

Stop all IO to the NVMe device before attempting this action.

• To import an SSD disk configuration from a file, type:

  nvmeadm import -f filename.xml controller_name

  For example:

  nvmeadm import -f format.xml SUNW-NVME-2
