Remove the eUSB Drive
This is a cold-service procedure that can be performed by a customer. Power down the server completely before performing this procedure.
 | Caution - This procedure requires that you handle components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge. Static discharges can cause the components to fail. |
- Prepare the system for service.

Remove memory risers CM0/MR0, CM0/MR2 and CM0/MR3.

Loosen the screw that attaches the eUSB drive to the motherboard.
Retain the screw to use with the new eUSB drive.
- Lift the eUSB drive up to disconnect it from the motherboard.
- Install a new eUSB drive.
