To see the changes that are ready to publish, click the menu icon, then click Publishing.
When you create or update a publishable item, like a product or a shipping method, the item is automatically added to the Updates to Publish list. Depending on the type of item you created or updated, the Updates to Publish list might contain additional dependent items that will also be published. For example, if you update the description of a shipping method, the Updates to Publish list will also include the method’s associated shipping regions, even if you did not make any changes to them.
Each item in the Updates to Publish list shows the initials of the person who last made changes to the item. Click the initials to see the names of everyone who saved changes to the item since it was last published, as well as the date and time each change was made. For catalog and design changes that appear in the list as a single item, click the initials to see a list of each component that will be published, with the names of everyone who saved changes to the component since it was last published, as well as the date and time each change was made.
To see just the changes made by specific people, select one or more names in the Filter by Author list to the left of the list of updates.
