Depending on which report you are accessing, you may see some additional filters. Possible filters include:

Collections

The Collections filter allows you to refine your report by specifying a collection. Products that are grouped together by common attributes are categorized as collections.

To do so, enter the first few letters of the collection name(s) or ID(s) in the Collections field and select the desired collection from the list displayed.

Coupon Code

The Coupon Code filter allows you to refine your report by specific coupon code(s). To do so, enter the code in the Coupon Code field.

Note: After entering a Coupon Code in the Filters section of the Promotions report, an asterisk may appear. This indicates that the coupon code entered is part of a batch of multiple coupons that are associated to a given promotion.

Currency and price group

If you have set up a points-based currency, then you will have the option to filter by points when using the Customer Service report and most of the Sales reports.

Choose your currency from the Transaction Currency dropdown list. Once selected, clicking in the Select Price List(s) field activates the dropdown list for price groups associated with that currency. A Price Group is a set of price lists (List Price, Sales Price, Shipping Surcharge) that share a common currency. You can add or remove these as required.

Products

The Products filter allows you to refine your report by specific product(s). To do so, enter the first few letters of the product name(s) or ID(s) in the Products field and select the desired product from the list displayed.

Promotion Name

The Promotion Name filter allows you to refine your report by each promotion name. To do so, select the promotion name from the Promotion Name drop down list to make your selection.

Note: If the chosen Promotion Name is part of more than one promotion then the report displays the results for each promotion containing that name.

Promotion Type

The Promotion Type filter allows you to refine your report by each type of promotion. For example, Buy One Get One.

To do so, select the promotion type from the Promotion Type drop down list to make your selection.

Shipping Location/ Billing Location

The Shipping Location and Billing Location filters are made up of your chosen country and the associated state/region combined.

Choose your country from the Select Country dropdown list. Once selected, clicking in the Select State(s)/Region(s) field activates the dropdown list for the state(s) or region(s) associated with that country. You can add or remove these as required. You can also use the button to add further Shipping or Billing Locations to your reports.

Accounts

The Accounts filter allows you to refine your report by the accounts that have been set up for your store.

To do so, enter the account name and/or ID in the Accounts dropdown list.
