You can obtain reporting data gathered from sales which have occurred within your web store, returns and exchanges made to your store, as well as data on the site traffic to your store.

Specifically, Sales reports relate to orders submitted via your site and/or products (or collections of products) that were sold as well as any promotions applied.

Note: Sales reports can be filtered by an account name or ID only when multiple accounts have been set up, in which case the Accounts report displays with the other Sales reports.

The Customer Service Overview report relates to any subsequent customer returns and exchanges for items purchased on your store.

Site Traffic reports relate to visitor traffic to your site, how engaged the visitors where while on your site, and the number of conversions that happened.

Select the Reports page from your dashboard to access your web store’s reports, and the Sales Overview report automatically opens.
