Associating the Terms and Conditions with a Deal

Prerequisites

To associate terms and conditions with a deal you should have:

  • Terms and conditions defined in the application

Procedure

To associate terms and conditions with a deal:

  1. Search for the deal in the Search Deal zone of the Deal Dashboard screen to which you want to associate the terms and conditions.
  2. Click the Deal Terms and Conditions link at the top right corner of the Deal Information zone.
    The Terms and Conditions screen appears.
  3. Ensure that the Terms and Conditions section is expanded in the Terms and Conditions screen.
  4. Select the required terms and conditions by clicking the check box corresponding to the terms and conditions in the Terms and Conditions section.
  5. Click Save.
    The terms and conditions are associated with the deal.
    Note: You can associate terms and conditions with a deal until the deal is in the Customer Accepted or Rejected status.
