The server has sixteen Gen 3 PCIe slots. These can contain cards installed at the factory, or ordered from Oracle and installed on site. All PCIe cards must be of a type supported for your server. The Dual PCIe Card Carrier (DPCC) slots are hot pluggable.
Some PCIe cards require configuration, either when you install the server, or when you add or change them.
