Customers can close tickets by logging in to My Account from your Self Service site.
To close a ticket (by customer):
Log in to the Self Service site.
Click My Account. The My Account page is displayed.
From the My Account page My Tickets panel, click the ticket number of the ticket to close. The View Tickets page is displayed.
From the View Tickets page, click Close Ticket. The Ticket status is changed to closed.
The ticket is closed, but is still available to view from the My Tickets panel. To reopen the ticket, click Reopen Ticket from the View Tickets page.
