Deal Metrics

The Deal Metrics zone enables you to view the following information:
  • Number of deals created by the logged in user

  • Number of deals created by the users who belong to the logged in user's access group

  • Number of deals in the Pending for Approval status

  • Number of deals yet to be finalized

  • Number of deals yet to be accepted by the customer

  • Number of deals accepted by the customer

  • Number of deals rejected by the customer

Note:

By default, the above information is shown for the period which is specified in the Deal Limits in Months option type of the C1-DEAL feature configuration. You can change the period if required.

The Deal Metrics zone contains the following fields:

Field Name Field Description
Period From Used to specify the month and year from when you want to view the information of deals created by the logged in user or created by a set of users who belong to the logged in user's access group.
Note: The default value is derived using the Deal Limits in Months option type of the C1-DEAL feature configuration.
Period To Used to specify the month and year till when you want to view the information of deals created by the logged in user or created by a set of users who belong to the logged in user's access group.
Note: The default value is derived using the Deal Limits in Months option type of the C1-DEAL feature configuration.
Division Used when you want to view the information of deals which belong to a particular division.
Customer Tier Used when you want to view the information of deals which are created for a particular customer tier.
Customer Segment Used when you want to view the information of deals which are created for a particular customer segment.

In addition, the Deal Metrics zone contains the following toggle buttons:

Toggle Button Name Toggle Button Description
User/User Access Group Used to view the metrics and statistics of deals which are created by the logged in user or by a set of users who belong to the logged in user's access group.
Note:

You can set the default view for the Deal Dashboard screen using the Deal Dashboard Default View option type of the C1-DEAL feature configuration.

If you do not set the Deal Dashboard Default View option type of the C1-DEAL feature configuration, the system, by default, shows the data of the logged in user in the Deal Dashboard screen.

Tiles/Chart Used to view the deal metrics through a graphical representation in the tiles or chart format.
Note: The Bar chart indicates the number of deals in different statuses for an existing customer, existing account, and prospect. Whereas, the Line chart indicates the deal revenue from an existing customer, existing account, and prospect.
