Verfiy that the DHCP server is providing the IP address you are using to access the management controller.

If you are able to access the management controller through the USB connector, restart the management controller.

If you are unable to access the management controller through the USB connector, power cycle the switch.

If the previous steps do not rectify the situation, replace the switch.

If you are able to access the management controller, restart the management controller.

Check overall switch health.

Verify that the switch is within operating temperatures and voltages.

If the previous steps do not rectify the situation, replace the switch.

If the previous step does not rectify the situation, replace the fan.
