ATG Service applications includes process-level workflows and project-level workflows that you can view in the ACC in Workflows > Publishing > Service.
Process-level workflows track the entire process of work, which could include several different project-level work flows. Process-level workflows track tasks and complete processes when all of the projects within the process have been completed.
Project-level workflows track individual tasks for a specific project.
