Because ATG Knowledge solutions and their attachments are versioned assets in a content repository, any solution-authoring user needs appropriate access rights to create and upload attachment files.
To allow the ability to upload solution attachments:
Open the organization or user.
Add the EPublishing > EPub-User global role.
Since template roles are inherited within organizations, add the
EPub-Userrole to the highest-level organization that includes all of your solution-authoring users. Any users belonging to that organization or any of its sub-organizations then inherit theEPub-Userrole and do not need it to be explicitly assigned to them.
