From the BCC, navigate to Personalization > Internal Users.
Use the Show box to choose Organizations and Roles from the dropdown menu.
Click on the Global Roles folder.
Select the roles with which you wish to work.
Click the Create New icon to create a global role.
Enter the name and description of the role.
Add the Role Members and any Direct Access Rights.
Save the Role.
