User segments identify the type of audience for ATG Service. Audiences can be internal or external:
Internal audiences are used for ATG Service Center solution view access and for statement personalization.
External audiences are used for ATG Self Service solution view access and statement personalization.
To grant user segment access to solution fields:
Open the Service Center > Knowledge Settings > Global Field Definitions section of ATG Service Administration.
Modify the solution fields as necessary.
Once you have made the changes, you must deploy them.
