When you remove an asset marked as new, the asset is simply deleted from the system. When you remove an asset that you changed as part of this project, the changes are discarded and the asset is removed from the project. The previous versions of the asset still exist in the system.
To remove assets from a project, click the name of the project at the top of the Merchandising window to display the project dialog box.
To remove an asset, click the x icon that appears next to the asset’s status..
To remove all assets, click the Select All link above the list of assets. Then click the Actions menu and select Remove from Project..
