In a Manage Commerce Assets project, navigate to Merchandising.
Select Promotions and Coupons.
Select Stacking Rules.
From the New Item gear select Stacking Rule.
Fill in the property details on the General tab.
The following table describes the rule properties:
Property | Description |

Name | Name for the stacking rule. |
Maximum promotions per stacking rule | The maximum number of promotions that can be combined using this stacking rule. |
Stacking rule combinations | Specify additional stacking rules that can be used with the current rule. |
Specify the promotions to include on the Promotions tab.
Click the Create button at the bottom of the Details pane.
