Remarks on the Program Function
With this program, you can update the data of the intern MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application RVM Online connection, create a new data record, modify or delete existing data. You can also view the stored data for information purposes.
From version 4.5 of the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application on, an reverse vending machines (e.g. Tomra) can be connected to the POS system.

Remarks on data fields
The following description deals with all available options for update of this basic data.
As with nearly all other programs the following also applies here:
- The entry mask for this program may differ in your MICROS Retail OSCAR POS program. Some data fields may be missing.
- There may be defaults or firmly defined selection options for some data fields. These cannot be updated in the current program.
- Fields with enforced entry defined are to be found in the entry masks as are fields where entry is optional.
- If the data record is updated over several pages of entry masks, the dialog window is reached by clicking on the appropriate button.
- The same procedure also applies to call up of another update program from this program.
- In some cases you may find so-called "Buttons" which are activated or deactivated by the user, depending on the setting. Activated Buttons have a dark top, deactivated Buttons are lighter.

Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the application for which data is to be updated.
If a new application is to be programmed enter a free no. in the key fields.
Changes or clear operations can be carried out by calling up the data record with the appropriate no. entry in the key fields. The data record can also be selected with the Search.
Description
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 20 pos.
The internal name for the application program for RVM Online connections (e.g. ApplRVM) is entered in this field. This name must be entered in he linked Process unit in field program name.
FSM-File
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 20 pos.
No entry necessary with an application of RVM Online connection.
4GL-File
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 20 pos.
For the application from type "RVM Online connection ", the 4GL-Filei "runApplRVM.fgl" must be assigned.
Appl. group
