Resolving Health Check Alerts
Use the following procedure to resolve health check alerts.

If a SAS port LED is unlit, check all connections and replace cables
as needed.

Identify affected chassis, then disconnect and remove faulted SIM or
IOM. After two minutes, re-seat SIM or IOM and wait for steady Power LED
before reconnecting cables.

Identify affected chassis, and remove faulted disk. After 30 seconds,
re-seat disk and wait for steady or flashing LED.

Contact Oracle Support for component service or replacement.
