Editing the Deal-Specific Terms and Conditions of a Price Item or a Hierarchy Entity

Prerequisites

To edit the deal-specific terms and conditions of a price item or a hierarchy entity, you should have:

Procedure

To edit the deal-specific terms and conditions of a price item or a hierarchy entity:

Ensure that the Pricing and Commitments section is expanded in the Pricing and Commitments screen.
In the Pricing and Commitments section, click the Edit () icon in the Terms and Conditions column corresponding to the price item or the hierarchy entity whose deal-specific terms and conditions you want to edit.
The Terms and Conditions screen appears.
Ensure that the Terms and Conditions Section section is expanded in the Terms and Conditions screen.

Click the Edit ( The Edit Icon

) icon corresponding to the terms and conditions which you want to edit.

The Terms and Conditions window appears. It contains the following fields:

Field Name	Field Description
Terms and Conditions	Indicates the terms and conditions associated with the price item or the hierarchy entity.
Description	Displays the description of the terms and conditions.
Attached File Name	Indicates the terms and conditions document name.
Terms and Conditions Text	Displays the terms and conditions.

Click Edit.
The Terms and Conditions Text field is enabled.
Modify the required information from the terms and conditions in the Terms and Conditions Text field.
Click Save.
The changes made to the terms and conditions are saved.
Note: You can edit the terms and conditions of a price item or a hierarchy entity until the deal is in the Customer Accepted or Rejected status.
