Downloading the Pricing and Commitments of a Deal Version

Prerequisites

To download the pricing and commitments of a deal version, you should have:

The report code using which you want to extract the data in the Excel format specified in the Deal Pricing Download option type of the C1-Deal feature configuration
Required access to the C1_DEALDWLDUPLD application service

Procedure

To download the pricing and commitments of a deal version:

Search for the deal version whose pricing and commitments you want to download in the Deal Dashboard screen.
In the Search Results section, click the link in the Deal Information column corresponding to the deal version whose pricing and commitments you want to download.
The Deal Information screen appears.
Click the Download button in the Deal Information zone.

The system extracts the pricing and commitments of the deal version in the Excel format and the web browser screen appears where the downloading process takes place.
Navigate to the path where the downloaded content is saved on your local machine.
The pricing and commitments of the deal is downloaded in the Excel format on your local machine.
Note: The Download button is enabled for the user groups who have access to the C1_DEALDWLDUPLD application service and where the Access Mode is set to Change.
