You can delete a campaign that is still in the editing process by selecting Cancel as the outcome of the Author task. For more information, see Deleting Editable Campaigns. The procedure below shows how to delete a campaign that has been deployed to the ATG Outreach production server.
If the campaign has started running (its status shows as Running in the Browse Campaigns page), complete the procedure in the previous section to stop it. This step is required in order to delete the campaign.
Display the Home page.
Select Operations > Outreach > Browse Campaigns, and locate the campaign to delete. The status shows as Deployed.
Click the campaign’s name.
Select Delete from the Task Action dropdown menu and click Go.
The campaign is removed from ATG Outreach.
