8.4 Cannot Enable High Availability when Editing Virtual Machine

If you edit a virtual machine configuration to enable high availability, you must set the Restart Action on Crash option to a value of Restart or Restart After Dump. If you attempt to enable high availability for a virtual machine and update the Restart Action on Crash option to Restart or Restart After Dump, the following error message is displayed: 

OVMRU_005092E Cannot enable High Availability on VM: <VMname>,
because its restartActionOnCrash attribute is set to stop.

Workaround: If the Restart Action on Crash option is set to either Stop or Stop After Dump, you must first edit the virtual machine configuration and set the value to Restart or Restart After Dump and then save the configuration before you attempt to enable high availability.
