Creating FakeXAdatasource Files for the Service Schema

Note: When creating FakeXAdatasources in a production mode using JBoss 4.2, ensure that you have made the necessary modifications to allow the new Transaction Manager to run XA data sources.

  1. Create the FakeXAdatasource format by updating all of the *FakeXADataSource*.properties files for both the agent and the production schemas. The file should contain the following:

    $class=atg.service.jdbc.FakeXADataSource
    driver=oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
    URL=jdbc:oracle:thin:@servername:1521:instancename
    user=username
    password=userpassword
