eStara Click to Call integration with CSC enables customers to initiate phone calls with agents. Once configured, eStara uses a page instrumentation engine to add JavaScript into your customer-facing web pages. The JavaScript presents an icon and/or link to the customer who uses this link to enter a phone number that the eStara Webcare system or an optional CTI system uses to return their call. CSC presents the agent with the customer’s order information and profile, allowing the agent to assist the customer with their order.
