In the navigation pane, Click Configure Hardware, and then click the
Service Processor Configuration tab.
Select User Accounts Settings from the drop-down list.
The User Management panel appears.
Click Add User.
The Add User dialog box appears.
Specify a User Name, Role Privileges, and Password for the user account,
and then click Add User.
Note -
In Oracle System Assistant, you cannot create, modify, or delete an
account with the user name "user." To manage a user account named
"user," use Oracle ILOM.
