Servicing Processors and Heatsinks (FRU)

The following procedures describe how to service the server CPUs, including removing and installing CPUs and upgrading the server from a two-CPU system to a four-CPU system:

• Replace a Faulty CPU (FRU)

• Remove a CPU Cover Plate (FRU)

• Remove a Heatsink and CPU (FRU)

• Install a Heatsink and CPU (FRU)
