Use People elements to filter site visitors by their profile group or according to specific properties in the profile repository.

Examples: People whose gender is female

People whose Receive email is yes

People with role

Lets you filter visitors according to any Dynamo User Directory roles you have defined using the People and Organizations > Roles option. People who are assigned to or have inherited the specified role proceed to the next element in the scenario.

Example: People with role Administrator

For more information on roles, refer to the Personalization Programming Guide.

People in realmId

Lets you filter visitors according to the profile realms that you have configured. Visitors associated with the profile realm that you specify proceed to the next element in the scenario.

Example: People whose realmId is mySiteARealm

For more information about profile realms, refer to the Multisite Administration Guide.

You can create complex conditions by combining more than one People element. For example, the following scenario sends an e-mail to people who belong to the profile group Investors and whose Receive Email property is set to Yes. It achieves its results by having two People elements, one after the other. The second element applies only to people who have progressed through the first element.
