In the Administration Options menu, go to Search Workbench > Customizations > Topic Sets.
Click New Topic Set.
Enter a name (required) and description (optional) for the new topic set.
Select a default language.
The default language is used in several ways. Rule patterns in topic sets can individually specify a language to which they apply, in which case the default language is used for patterns that do not individually specify a language.
For integrations with ATG Knowledge, the default language is used when browsing topics by language, and when authoring solutions, to determine which topics to display, based on the solution language.
Click one of these buttons:
Create to create the new topic set and return to the Topic Sets page.
Create and Add Topics to create the new topic set and move to the Add Topics page.
