To delete a pattern from a rule:
In the Administration Options menu, go to Search Workbench > Customizations > Query Rules > Your Query Rule Set > Your Rule Group.
Click the name of the rule to edit it.
On the Pattern tab, click the delete icon (
) for the pattern.Click Save to permanently delete the pattern.
To delete an action from a rule:
In the Administration Options menu, go to Search Workbench > Customizations > Query Rules > Your Query Rule Set > Your Rule Group.
Click the name of the rule to edit it.
On the Action tab, click the delete icon (
) for the action.Click Save to permanently delete the action.
Note: Rules must have at least one action.
