To add a topic set to a Search project, you can use either Project Administration as described in Adding Customizations to Content, or the Workbench.
In the Administration Options menu, go to Search Workbench > Customizations > Topic Sets > Your Topic Set.
Click the Associated Search Projects tab.
Click the checkbox next to the project name.
Click Save.
