To export your query rule sets to an XML file:
In the Administration Options menu, go to Search Workbench > Customizations > Query Rules.
Right-click the query rule set, and select Export from the menu.
Check the Global Query Rule Pattern Macros box to export macro information as well as the rule set.
Click Export. The export uses your browser’s file download defaults.
