Log In to the Oracle Fabric Manager Interface

1. From a management network attached host, start a web browser.
2. Log in to Oracle Fabric Manager.

   https://SCP_IP_address:8443/xms

   where SCP_IP_address is the IP address of the SCP you configured in Assign a Static IP Address to the SCP.

   The Oracle Fabric Manager login page is displayed.

3. Type the username and password of the Oracle Fabric Manager administrator.

   The default username is root, and the password is changeme.

4. Select a language from the drop-down menu and click Log In.

   The Fabric Manager Dashboard is displayed.

5. From the Navigation pane, open the Managed Devices folder, and click Discovery Devices.
6. Find the switch in the list of devices, and highlight it.
7. Click the check mark icon.
8. Type the user name and password, and click Submit.

   The default username is admin, and the password is admin.

   The Discovery Devices pane updates, and the green circle checkmark in the Manage Status column indicates that the switch is enabled for management.

9. From the Navigation pane, open the General folder, and click Dashboard.

   The Navigation pane and Fabric Manager Dashboard reload with additional functionality.

10. You can now administer the switch through Oracle Fabric Manager.
