Verify LED Status

1. Identify the prerequisite and subsequent installation tasks that you must perform in conjunction with this task.

   See Installation Task Overview.

2. At the switch, observe the state of the various chassis and component LEDs.

   • Chassis status LEDs

   • Power supply LEDs

   • Fan module LEDs

   • SFP+ receptacle LEDs

   • RJ-45 receptacle LEDs

   ---

   Note -  If the power supply or fan module LEDs are lit, they can be seen through the air duct assembly.

3. Compare the state of the LEDs to the status indicated.

4. Verify that the switch is operating.
