As part of the initial configuration of your MiniCluster, you are provided with a walk-through to create a database virtual machine group. These topics provide conceptual information on the database virtual machine group, and the procedures for creating one as part of the initial configuration.
If you decide not to create a database virtual machine group as part of the initial configuration, you can click on the Skip button in any screen, which advances you to the Application Virtual Machine Group part of the initial configuration (see Creating an Application Virtual Machine Group (Initial Installation) for more information). You can create a database virtual machine group manually at any point later on using the instructions in the Oracle MiniCluster S7-2 Administration Guide.
