You can select from organizations defined in the Business Control Center and specify to use those organizations as Owning Groups and Internal Audiences for solutions. Internal audiences are also managed using the Business Control Center.
To add an Organizational List:
Open the BCC Home page > Service Administration > Service Administration Configuration >
Service
Project
> Service Center > Global Service Center Settings > Organizational Lists page.Click Add Organizational List.
Select the Organizational Lists to add, and click Save. When you add an organization to the list, by default, it is enabled as a Solution Owning Group and as a Solution Internal Audience.
To modify an Organizational List:
Select the Organizational List by clicking the Edit icon.
Enable or disable the Solution Owning Group Solution field that supports routing and modifying security within Knowledge Manager. By selecting Enable, the organization will be used as a Solution Owning Group.
Enable or disable the Solution Internal Audience Solution field that supports viewing security within Knowledge Manager. By selecting Enable, the organization will be available as a Solution Internal Audience.
Click OK to save your changes.
