ATG Personalization provides advanced targeting features that you can use to plan and manage long-term personalization and customer relationships. You can use scenarios to enhance your users’ experience in your ATG Service application and to gather information about how your users are using your ATG Service application.

ATG Service provides numerous JMS events that you can use. Some are pre-configured as scenario events and some must be configured manually.

Note: you can also create multiple Self Service sites to provide separate user experiences for site visitors. If you need to present separate Self Service sites, refer to the ATG Multisite Administration Guide.
