The order of segments is important, because a user may be a member of more than one segment. A user will see the look and feel that is defined for the first segment in this list of which they are a member.
To reorder segments:
Log in to the Business Control Center running on your agent server.
Choose Service Administration > Service Administration Configuration >
Project Name
> Self Service.Choose the site for which you want to order segments from the Administration Options menu.
Click the up or down arrows to move a segment in the list.
