The SvcAdmin workflow creates a project, checks in all the changes in the project, and then approves it for deployment to all targets. The changes are made on Knowledge Manager and deployed to Self Service.
This workflow is used when you make changes to the following settings in the Service Administration UI:
All Self Service settings
Settings under Service Center > Knowledge Settings > Solution Classes
