Power Off the Server (Power Button - Graceful)

This procedure places the system in the power standby mode. To service cold-replaceable components, you must remove the power.

1. Press and release the recessed Power button.

   The Power OK LED blinks rapidly.

2. If you are servicing a cold-service component, or if you are upgrading the server, disconnect the power cords.
